My orthopaedic surgeon told me today that this is the only proper brace for tennis elbow. It takes the strain off exactly the right area. I’d already been thinking about an expensive autologous blood therapy. However, he said that we should try targeted physiotherapy and wearing this brace consistently for now. In my case, the tendon shows clear signs of damage.
