Germany (DE)
Shipping costs: Free of charge
Delivery time: 1-3 working days
Special features: Delivery to DHL Packstation possible (with DHL shipping).
EU (selection)
Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg: Free of charge, 2-4 working days
France, Italy, Spain: Free of charge, 3-6 working days
Scandinavia (DK/SE/FI): Free of charge, 3-6 working days
Switzerland & non-EU (e.g. UK, Norway)
Shipping costs: Free of charge
Delivery time: 3-7 working days
Important: Shipping net (without German VAT). Customs duties, taxes and fees may be incurred upon delivery and are to be borne by the recipient.
Worldwide
Shipping costs: Free of charge
Delivery time: 5-14 working days depending on destination region
Delivery time & order processing
- Processing time: Orders that on weekdays until 12:00 are usually received on the same daydispatched.
- Delivery times: The stated delivery times apply from the date of dispatch.
- Partial deliveries: If individual items are not immediately available, we reserve the right to Partial deliveries free of charge before.
- Peak times: Delays may occur during seasonal peaks or exceptional events.
Consignment tracking
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with a tracking link, which you can use to call up the current status of your consignment.
Packaging & sustainability
We use environmentally friendly packaging materials wherever possible. Filling material and cardboard boxes can be made from recycled or reused materials.
Shipping restrictions
Mailboxes: Delivery to PO boxes is only possible to a limited extent.
Dangerous goods/oversizes: For special articles different shipping costs and Terms of deliveryapply (note in the product description).
Transport damage
Please check the delivery immediately. If the consignment is damaged on the outside, please have this noted. confirmed in writing by the deliverer and contact our support within 3 working days. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected by this.
Taxes, duties & fees (international)
For deliveries outside the EU Import duties (customs duties, taxes, fees) are incurred. These are paid by the respective Customs office and are to be borne by the recipient. For more information, please contact your local customs authority.
Invoicing & VAT
Germany/EU: Prices incl. legal Value added tax (unless otherwise stated).
Non-EU: Net invoicing; import duties payable by the recipient.
We can provide you with the invoice electronically on request.
Returns & cancellation

Please enclose with each return the Invoice number and the Reason for return so that we can process your refund quickly.
