Function

The ankle brace with lateral reinforcement elements, cross strap and Boa fastening system stabilises and supports your ankle. The ankle brace ensures maximum stabilisation of the ankle thanks to the lateral reinforcement elements and the separately fixable cross strap.

Thanks to the Boa fastening system, which can be operated with just one hand using simple pushing and turning movements, the ankle orthosis is very easy and quick to put on and take off.

The orthosis can be worn in almost any ready-to-wear or sports shoe without any problems as it is made of thin, lightweight material. Extra padding on the lower edge of the shin and on the back of the foot provide additional comfort. There is a cut-out in the heel to protect the Achilles tendon.

The ankle brace is ideal for conservative treatment of grade 1 or 2 ankle sprains, hyperlaxity of the ligamentous apparatus or for post-operative wear after ligament reconstruction in order to slowly resume sporting activity. It can of course be worn on both sides. The orthosis is available in three different sizes. The size is determined by measuring the circumference of the ankle.
