Function

The ankle orthosis with lateral reinforcement elements, a cross strap, and a Boa closure system provides stability and support to your ankle. Through the lateral reinforcement elements and the separately fixable cross strap, the ankle orthosis ensures maximum stabilisation of the ankle. The Boa closure system, which can be operated with just one hand through simple push and turn movements, makes the ankle orthosis very easy and quick to put on and take off. The orthosis can be worn trouble-free in virtually any standard or sports shoe, as it is made of thin and lightweight material. Extra padding on the lower shin and the top of the foot ensures additional comfort. To protect the Achilles tendon, there is a recess in the heel. The ankle orthosis is optimal for the conservative treatment of ankle sprains of grade 1 or 2, hypermobility of the ligaments, or for post-operative wear after ligament reconstructions to gradually resume sporting activities. It can, of course, be worn on either side. The orthosis is available in three different sizes. To determine the size, you need to measure the circumference of your ankle.
